Scott Morris
The short story is that Scott Morris is an acoustic singer/songwriter that wants to finally share his music with you.The longer story begins in 4th grade when Scott took up the trumpet. It was fun, but in a family full of musicians that played CSN, The Eagles, and The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band - a trumpet did not prove to be very helpful during "fam jams". Enter high school and the guitar era... that's better - now Scott fit in with his own family. In college, at the University of South Florida, Scott moved on to be classically trained in vocal performance under greats like Jerald Reynolds and Robert Summer; singing opera, Baroque music, Italian arias, German art songs, and 20th century works. Scott now has a BA in Music Studies from USF, along with a MA in Human Development from the George Washington University. Scott works in Real Estate, based in the Tampa Bay area.

Having recorded 9 albums since 2011, the band has multiple collaborations, working with Fiddlers Green (Germany), Paddy Moloney (Ireland), Matmatah (France), Alan Doyle, and the Ennis sisters (Canada). Alex started a solo act in 2019, and it's not uncommon to catch him in pubs, sharing his love for celtic, folk, and Americana music.

With roots deeply planted in rock ‘n’ roll, Brian’s journey has taken him from garage bands to professional studios—including a chapter as a recording artist in Nashville, Tennessee.
Now based in Central Florida, Brian is the driving force behind The Black Thorn Brigade and The Black Thorn Duo, known for blending the raw edge of punk with the soul of traditional Irish music. His powerful voice, rhythmic guitar work, and commanding stage presence create an electrifying experience that connects with audiences of all backgrounds.
Whether performing high-energy sets at festivals or intimate acoustic shows in local pubs, Brian brings a passion that reflects both his rock roots and his love of storytelling through song.
Pio Ryan Bio
Originally from Lorrha, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, Pio Ryan began his musical journey under the guidance of his father, mastering the tin whistle and fiddle before focusing on the tenor banjo. A graduate of Ballyfermot College’s Irish Music Performance program, Pio moved to New York where he became a prominent figure in the Irish music scene, teaching at the Irish Arts Center and founding its tenor banjo program.
He has performed for dignitaries including the President of Ireland and the Mayor of New York, and taught at renowned summer schools such as The Catskills Irish Arts Week and The Swannanoa Gathering. Known for his versatility, Pio has played everything from traditional Irish to bluegrass and Celtic rock, earning a reputation as a dynamic multi-instrumentalist.
Pio has toured across Europe and the U.S., and in 2015, held a year-long residency at Walt Disney World’s Raglan Road. He later joined the legendary Irish folk group The Fureys, performing in major venues like The National Concert Hall and The Cork Opera House.

Known for his versatility, Pio has played everything from traditional Irish to bluegrass and Celtic rock, earning a reputation as a dynamic multi-instrumentalist.
Pio has toured across Europe and the U.S., and in 2015, held a year-long residency at Walt Disney World’s Raglan Road. He later joined the legendary Irish folk group The Fureys, performing in major venues like The National Concert Hall and The Cork Opera House.

Scott Morris
The short story is that Scott Morris is an acoustic singer/songwriter that wants to finally share his music with you.The longer story begins in 4th grade when Scott took up the trumpet. It was fun, but in a family full of musicians that played CSN, The Eagles, and The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band - a trumpet did not prove to be very helpful during "fam jams". Enter high school and the guitar era... that's better - now Scott fit in with his own family. In college, at the University of South Florida, Scott moved on to be classically trained in vocal performance under greats like Jerald Reynolds and Robert Summer; singing opera, Baroque music, Italian arias, German art songs, and 20th century works. Scott now has a BA in Music Studies from USF, along with a MA in Human Development from the George Washington University. Scott works in Real Estate, based in the Tampa Bay area.

Newfie Joe, originally from Newfoundland, Canada, is a musician now based in St. Petersburg, Florida. He frequently performs at local venues, sharing his music with the community. His performances often feature collaborations with other artists, such as Sean O'Rourke and other local artists.
From his Newfoundland roots he plays a repertoire of traditional folk music, infused with elements of rock or country. This blend reflects the rich musical heritage of Newfoundland, known for its vibrant folk traditions.
